1. How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped from California, United States.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Please note that orders are processed on business days only, and holidays may cause slight delays.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location within the United States.

Most orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, but delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. What if my order is delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen?

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, is lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us. Please include your order number and photos if applicable, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee replacement.

4.Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing the order.

Once the order enters the packing process, we may no longer be able to make changes.

5. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once a package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

6.Can I request specific items?

Yes. You can leave your preferences in the order notes at checkout, such as your favorite characters, IP themes, or colors.

We will do our best to include items that match your preferences. However, since each scoop is packed randomly, specific items cannot be guaranteed.

7. Are all scoops the same?

No. Every scoop is slightly different, which makes each unboxing experience unique and exciting.

8. Can I return or exchange mystery scoops?

Because mystery scoops are randomly packed, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a USPS tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status of your package.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
